When the platform runs out
Automation platforms are excellent until your process does something they cannot express. Then you find yourself building an increasingly baroque workaround inside a tool that was never meant for it, and the workaround becomes the thing nobody can maintain.
At that point, custom is cheaper. Not always. But at that point.
What we build
AI-native SaaS platforms and internal systems where the intelligence is the product rather than a feature bolted onto it. We have shipped seven of these into production across recruiting, insurance, retail, logistics, fintech and education.
How we work
- Week 1: Architecture and scope. We map the build and lock the plan.
- Week 2: First working build. Deployed, clickable, rough. Real, not a prototype.
- Weeks 3-6: Feature delivery and hardening.
- Handover: Code, infrastructure, monitoring, runbooks, documentation.
What you own
Everything. The repository, the infrastructure, the credentials, the documentation. We do not build systems that only we can maintain, and we do not host your business on our accounts. If you never speak to us again, the system keeps running.
What we will talk you out of
Building something that already exists. Adding AI where a rule would do. Starting with the hardest workflow instead of the highest-volume one. A lot of the value in an early conversation with us is finding out what you should not build.
